*Job Title:** Career Advisor – International Sales

*Location:** Mehsana
*Shift:** Night Shift (US Time Zone)

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal\-oriented candidates for the role of Career Advisor – International Sales. The ideal candidate will guide students and professionals regarding international career opportunities, maintain strong communication with leads, and support the onboarding process.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Connect with candidates via calls, emails, and chats
Explain career opportunities and company services
Handle lead generation and follow\-ups
Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
Maintain daily activity reports and updates

Excellent English communication skills
Good interpersonal and convincing skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Sales or counseling experience is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
