Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Australian market. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, closures, and account management. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and business analysis. Coordinate with CRM, marketing, production, and logistics teams for smooth project execution. Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events. Develop long\-term strategic partnerships to strengthen market presence. Required Qualifications \& Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in International Sales/B2B Sales. Strong business development and client relationship management skills. Valid passport and experience with international business travel. Comfortable driving/renting vehicles abroad to visit clients. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong leadership, ownership, and negotiation abilities. Experience handling international territories and clients preferred. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional Information Work timings start from 7:00 AM IST to align with the Australian market. Frequent international travel is required
