*Job Overview :** As a Study Abroad Recruitment Officer , you will serve as the premier point of contact for aspiring students and their parents. You will guide candidates through the complete end\-to\-end recruitment cycle—from profile evaluation and country selection to admission submissions and visa procurement.
*Key Responsibilities**
Comprehensive Counseling**:** Deliver top\-tier, personalized counseling sessions to prospective students and parents regarding global university programs, admission criteria, fees, and career pathways
Lead Conversion \& Retention**:** Proactively engage with incoming inquiries via calls, virtual webinars, and in\-person desk meetings to build trust and meet monthly registration goals.
Support enrolment\-related coordination and student experience initiatives
*Candidate Profile \& Requirements**
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in any stream is preferred.
**Industry Experience:** Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the **EdTech** or **E\-learning** sector.
**Domain Expertise:** Prior hands\-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
