International US Voice Process/Technical Support/Customer Support

Terrasparq is seeking a dedicated and customer\-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)

Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month

Eligibility: Excellent Writing \& Verbal Communication Skills, Good Knowledge of BPO, Good Knowledge of Computer

• *Responsibilities:**

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
