1\. Customer Support – E\-commerce Non\-Voice

• *Experience:** Fresher
• *Qualification:** Graduate / Undergraduate
• *Salary:** ₹17,000 in\-hand per month
• *Location:** New Town, Kolkata

• *Benefits and Work Schedule**

• One\-way cab facility
• ₹1,400 travel allowance
• Rotational shifts
• 5 working days per week
• 2 rotational weekly offs

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries through non\-voice support channels.
• Assist customers with order\-related and service\-related concerns.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional written responses.
• Document customer interactions and follow established process guidelines.
• Maintain response quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

2\. Customer Support – Travel Voice

• Handle customer interactions over the phone for a travel support process.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

3\. Customer Support – International Voice

• *Experience:** Minimum 1 year of international calling experience
• *Qualification:** Graduate / Undergraduate
• *CTC:** ₹3\.6 LPA–₹3\.9 LPA
• *Approximate In\-Hand Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month
• *Location:** New Town, Kolkata
