Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through voice calls and chat support.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and effective resolutions to customer issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with international customers.
• Handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and a solution\-oriented approach.
• Meet defined process and customer service performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• **1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.**
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer\-handling and problem\-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 customer service environment.
