Job Title: International Voice Process Executive / Customer Support Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer\-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The candidate will handle calls from international customers, resolve their queries, provide product or service information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Communicate professionally in English with customers.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service\-related issues.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Meet performance targets, including quality, customer satisfaction, and call\-handling time.
• Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem\-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Willingness to work night shifts or rotational shifts.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the company.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate, as specified by the employer.
• Good spoken English is essential.
