Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Travel Vacation Sales Representative to sell vacation packages, cruise deals, resort stays, and travel memberships to customers across the United States.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed vacation bookings.
This role is performance\-driven and ideal for candidates with experience in US sales, travel sales, telemarketing, hospitality, or call center operations.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers across the USA through inbound and outbound calls
Promote vacation packages, resort stays, cruise offers, and travel memberships
Explain travel benefits, pricing, destinations, and promotional offers
Build rapport with customers and close sales effectively
Follow up with interested leads and maximize conversions
Handle objections professionally and maintain customer confidence
Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with fulfillment and customer support teams after successful bookings
Stay updated on travel promotions, destinations, and seasonal campaigns
