Job Description

*Role Overview:**

NMG Technologies is looking to grow its Sales Team for which a Business Developer has a critical role.

You will be responsible for

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the offshore mobile and web development market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing

tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and costs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including project managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless

project execution and client satisfaction.

Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company’s services and expand

professional connections.

Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management

team.

*Required Candidate Skills:**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the IT or software development

industry, preferably in offshore services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of mobile and web development technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results\-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Flexibility to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed.
Worked in Service based company.
Understanding of Open\-source platforms like WordPress, magneto, shopify.
Understanding of mobile development platforms like Android, iOS, React Native.
Understanding of web development platforms like PHP, .Net and Python.
