• **Languages:** Tamil \& English (Both Mandatory)

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Communicate with customers in Tamil and English.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain professional communication throughout customer interactions.
• Update customer details and call records in the system.
• Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle international customer interactions.
