Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer\-focused International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions for international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer\-first approach, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow client processes, company policies, and quality standards.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral or clear accent with strong pronunciation.
• Good listening, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new processes.
