Job Description: International Voice Process Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
• Understand and use computer systems and applications effectively.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and vendors.
• Identify customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Attend training sessions to improve customer satisfaction and job performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and contact centre guidelines.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
• Support customers through voice calls and, when required, chat or email.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good problem\-solving and customer\-handling skills.
• Strong process orientation, integrity, and work ethics.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with computer applications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven contact centre environment.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Flexibility to work in a blended process involving voice, chat, and email.

Educational Qualification

• Graduates and undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Undergraduate dropouts must have at least 6 months of BPO or travel industry experience.
