Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and communication\-skilled professional for the position of **International Voice Process**. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken English, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to interact confidently with international clients. This role involves handling overseas customer communications, lead generation, business development support, and maintaining long\-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities through outbound calling and follow\-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call reports, and follow\-up activities in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and requirements.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and professional accent.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers and stakeholders.
- Good customer relationship management and problem\-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or night shifts, if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Sales, International Telecalling, or Customer Support.
- Prior experience handling international clients from regions such as UAE, Vietnam, Australia, Europe, or other global markets will be an added advantage.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong professional communication etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
