Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Respond to online inquiries (website, WhatsApp, social media, email)
• Explain internet/broadband plans and offers to customers
• Convert digital leads into sales
• Maintain customer database and follow\-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with installation and technical teams

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target\-oriented mindset
• Good follow\-up skills
• Basic understanding of internet/broadband services

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
