The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing inventory operations, stock reconciliation, warehouse coordination, dispatch processes, and MIS reporting. The role involves ensuring accurate inventory records, timely stock movement, coordination with stores, brands, accounts, and logistics partners, while maintaining smooth inward and outward operations across multiple store locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management \& Reconciliation
· Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
· Monitor warehouse stock inventory and ensure inventory accuracy.
· Perform global stock counts and maintain stock records.
· Handle location\-wise minimum and maximum stock reconciliation.
· Track and manage alteration pieces and inventory movement.
System Operations
· Create Purchase Orders (POs) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the system.
· Prepare Stock Transfer Delivery Challans (DCs) and e\-way invoices for store dispatches.
· Ensure timely system updates related to stock inward and outward activities.
Warehouse \& Store Coordination
· Coordinate with warehouse teams and stores for stock allocation and replenishment.
· Manage inward and outward stock processes for multiple store locations.
· Ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of store and customer requirements.
· Monitor stock transfers between warehouse and stores.
MIS \& Reporting
· Maintain brand\-wise daily purchase summary dashboards.
· Prepare and consolidate various MIS reports related to dispatch and inventory.
· Submit inventory and dispatch reports to management within timelines.
Logistics \& Vendor Coordination
· Coordinate with transporters and courier companies for dispatch activities.
· Ensure smooth movement and delivery of stock across locations.
· Follow up on shipment status and resolve logistics\-related issues.
Cross\-Functional Coordination
· Coordinate with accounts teams regarding inventory documentation and reconciliation.
· Work closely with brands and internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
Required Skills \& Competencies
· Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
· Good understanding of stock reconciliation and audit processes.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems/ERP.
· Good analytical and reporting skills.
· Strong coordination and communication abilities.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
· Ability to manage multiple stores and dispatch operations simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
· Experience in retail, fashion, or warehouse inventory management preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹32,905\.33 per month
