Analyze financial statements, annual reports, investor presentations, and market data.
Prepare investment recommendations supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Monitor existing investments and provide periodic performance reviews.
*Financial Modeling \& Valuation**
Develop and maintain financial models for valuation and forecasting.
Perform Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and other valuation methodologies.
Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flow, and growth prospects.
*Portfolio Monitoring**
Track portfolio performance and identify risks and opportunities.
Prepare portfolio review reports and investment summaries.
Assist in asset allocation and investment strategy discussions.
*Market Intelligence**
Monitor macroeconomic indicators, industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends.
Identify emerging investment opportunities and potential risks.
Maintain databases of investment\-related information and research.
*Reporting \& Presentation**
Prepare investment memos, research reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management or investment committees.
Support due diligence activities for potential investments.
*Qualifications**
*Education**
CA, CFA (Level I/II/III), FRM, or equivalent qualification preferred.
*Experience**
2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, corporate finance, wealth management, private equity, venture capital, or related financial roles.
Freshers with strong academic credentials and internship experience may also be considered for junior roles.
*Required Skills**
Strong financial statement analysis and valuation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Knowledge of capital markets, equity, debt, and alternative investments.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem\-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Refinitiv, or similar financial databases is an advantage.
