Investor Relation Associate

• *Job description:**

What You Will Do

• **Investor Engagement:** Actively pitch investment ideas to institutions and HNIs, coordinate roadshows (physical/virtual), and manage the feedback loop to ensure successful capital raising
• **Market Intelligence:** Track competitor activity, IPO trends, and SEBI regulations to ensure our pitches remain ahead of the curve.
• Conduct conference and earning calls with the investors
• Transform raw financial data and complex spreadsheets into executive\-ready investor decks, pitch notes, and fact sheets that compel investors to act.

Who We Are Looking For

• You **MUST** have prior experience working in I**nvestor Relation and Public Relation IRPR**
• **Minimum 6 months of exposure** to IPO\-related work (Drafting DRHP sections, Roadshow decks, or IPO analysis) is mandatory.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• ***Please do not apply if your only experience is in Core Banking operations or Bank Sales. We are strictly looking for Capital Markets/AMC experience.***

• *Working Schedule:**

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and alternate Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
