IT Back Office Executive

• *Roles \& Responsibilities:**

• Maintain IT\-related records (assets, inventory, user access, software licenses)
• Coordinate IT requests and escalate issues to the technical team
• Assist in basic troubleshooting (password resets, email setup, hardware checks)
• Track IT support tickets and ensure timely follow\-ups
• Maintain and update data in systems, spreadsheets, and internal tools
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation
• Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for IT management
• Assist in creating SOPs, user manuals, and system documentation
• Manage emails, internal communication, and follow\-ups
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
• Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹420,000\.00 per year

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• IT Back Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Language
