We are looking for a technically strong person who understands software development and can also speak confidently with clients. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of technologies like Python,
Django, APIs, databases, web applications, or similar software stacks, along with a sales\-oriented mindset.
This role is suitable for someone who can understand a client’s business problem, explain possible technical solutions in simple language, and help convert discussions into projects for our IT company.
\- Talk to potential clients and understand their software, website, app, automation, or IT requirements.
\- Explain technical solutions clearly to non\-technical business owners.
\- Coordinate with the development team to estimate scope, timelines, and feasibility.
\- Prepare basic proposals, requirement notes, demos, and project presentations.
\- Support lead generation, follow\-ups, client meetings, and deal closure.
\- Suggest suitable technologies such as Python, Django, React, mobile apps, cloud, APIs, CRM, ERP, or automation depending on the client need.
\- Maintain a professional sales pipeline and build long\-term client relationships.
\- Identify new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, social media, and local business networks.
\- Run or coordinate basic digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
\- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn campaigns if required.
\- Understand keywords, landing pages, ad creatives, conversion tracking, and lead quality.
\- Follow up with leads generated from ads, website forms, WhatsApp, calls, and social media.
\- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase qualified leads.
\- Help create sales content such as brochures, pitch decks, email drafts, LinkedIn posts, and WhatsApp messages.
\- Research competitors, market trends, and client industries to improve pitch quality.
\- Basic to good understanding of coding and software development.
\- Knowledge of Python, Django, web development, databases, APIs, or similar technologies.
\- Ability to communicate technical ideas in simple business language.
\- Confident personality with a sales and client\-handling attitude.
\- Good listening, presentation, and follow\-up skills.
\- Ability to work with both clients and developers.
\- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online lead generation.
\- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages, or campaign tracking will be an advantage.
\- Good written communication for emails, proposals, LinkedIn messages, and WhatsApp follow\-ups.
\- Ability to understand client pain points and convert them into business opportunities.
Preferred Candidate
A person who may be from a developer background, technical support background, IT sales background, pre\-sales background, or digital marketing background, but should be comfortable discussing both technology
and business value.

This is a hybrid technical, sales, and digital marketing role. You do not need to be a full\-time developer, but you must understand how software projects work and be able to help clients trust our company’s
technical capability. The person should also be able to support lead generation through online marketing channels such as Google Ads, social media campaigns, and digital outreach.
