• *Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics or relevant technical stream)**
• *Experience: Freshers are welcome**
• *Preference: B.Tech candidates will be preferred.**

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive with good technical knowledge of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and IT support. The candidate will be responsible for handling day\-to\-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and providing technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT\-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity\-related problems.
• Manage software installation, updates, licensing, and system configurations.
• Assist in managing cloud\-based platforms, applications, and data backup.
• Provide IT support for email systems, operating systems, and business applications.
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers whenever required.
• Ensure data security, system backups, and adherence to IT policies.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and cloud\-based applications.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, IP, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide technical support and resolve employee queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of hardware, software, cloud technologies, and IT support will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
