Job Summary
The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, security, data backup, CCTV, ERP support, Office 365 administration, and overall user support. The role ensures maximum system uptime, information security, and efficient IT service delivery across all company locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN, Wi\-Fi, switches, servers, and routers.
Monitor network performance and availability.
Coordinate with ISP vendors and resolve connectivity issues.
Perform preventive maintenance activities.
Manage enterprise antivirus solutions.
Ensure antivirus updates are deployed across all systems.
Monitor and resolve malware/security incidents.
Maintain endpoint security compliance.
Provide technical support to users.
Troubleshoot software\-related issues.
Resolve incidents within defined timelines.
Maintain high user satisfaction levels.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Deploy operating systems and applications.
Ensure proper testing and user acceptance before handover.
Maintain IT asset inventory and records.
Track procurement, allocation, movement, and disposal of assets.
Conduct periodic asset audits.
Coordinate new IT asset purchases.
Monitor CCTV infrastructure and recording systems.
Troubleshoot camera and DVR/NVR issues.
Ensure CCTV uptime and periodic functionality checks.
Handle helpdesk tickets and user requests.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Ensure timely closure of support tickets.
Manage EPABX and telephony systems.
Configure extensions and user accounts.
Resolve telephony\-related issues promptly.
Support ERP installations, configurations, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with ERP vendors for advanced issues.
Assist users in ERP\-related activities.
Manage backup schedules and monitoring.
Perform periodic restoration testing.
Ensure business continuity through successful backup and recovery processes.
Maintain zero data\-loss standards.
Manage Office 365 user accounts and licenses.
Handle user provisioning and de\-provisioning.
Monitor email availability and security.
Perform regular administration reviews.
Maintain software license inventory.
Ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
Track renewal dates and coordinate renewals before expiry.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
