IT / Networking Executive (0–1 Year Experience)

• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a proactive IT / Networking Executive who can independently manage day\-to\-day IT operations in the office. The role includes handling IT support, networking, basic server administration, and VPN connectivity to ensure smooth and secure business operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage office IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
• Handle LAN/WAN setup, Wi\-Fi configuration, and troubleshooting
• Support basic Windows Server operations (user management, shared folders, permissions)
• Manage Active Directory basics (user creation/deletion, access control)
• Configure and troubleshoot VPN/remote access for employees
• Provide L1 technical support for hardware/software/network issues
• Install and maintain operating systems, software, and updates
• Configure MS Outlook, email systems, and user accounts
• Ensure antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security compliance
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding (system setup, access setup/removal)
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

• *Required Skills:**

• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)
• Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
• Basic Windows Server \& Active Directory understanding
• VPN setup and troubleshooting
• Hardware/software support skills
• Strong problem\-solving ability

• *Preferred Qualification:**

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Networking
• Jetking certification will be an added advantage
• Hands\-on practical troubleshooting experience

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
