• *Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced **IT Product Manager** with strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) processes.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Business Product Owners, Technical Product Owners, and IT delivery teams to ensure successful execution of technology initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end IT product delivery and coordinate with business and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into product features, initiatives, and actionable delivery plans.
• Manage project timelines, scope, priorities, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Business Product Owners and Technical Product Owners.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance meetings, and delivery status updates.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and go\-live activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across supply chain and distribution operations.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

• *Mandatory Skills \& Experience**

• 7\+ years of experience in IT Product Management, IT Project Management, or Technology Delivery.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Distribution operations.
• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• End\-to\-end understanding of Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) lifecycle.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, or related enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Experience managing delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and priorities.

• *Good to Have**

• Experience with Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.
• Background in Retail, Manufacturing, Wholesale, Logistics, Distribution, or eCommerce.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Product Management certifications.

This is primarily a **Product Coordination and Delivery Management role**, not a hands\-on technical architecture or solution design position.
