Job Description

We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter

Company: Codilar Technologies

Location: Calicut (Cyberpark)

Experience: 1 \- 2 Years (IT Recruitment)

*Key Responsibilities:**

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews
Manage interview scheduling and follow\-ups with candidates

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

*Requirements:**

1year to 2 year of experience in recruitment
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
