As an HR Intern, you will primarily support recruitment activities, which will be a major part of your role. You will work closely with the HR team to gain hands\-on exposure to end\-to\-end hiring processes, along with limited involvement in other HR functions.
Drive recruitment activities including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
Coordinate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in managing applicant pipelines and maintaining recruitment\-related databases.
Support onboarding formalities, including documentation and orientation for new hires.
Contribute to HR projects of employee engagement, grievances, program coordination and other HR projects as needed.
Provide general support in maintaining HR records and handling basic employee queries.
Current enrollment in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recent graduate.
Strong interest in Human Resources, especially talent acquisition and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, with strong organizational and time\-management skills.
Detail\-oriented, with respect for confidentiality and integrity.
Educational Qualifications
Min 6 min for IT Recruitment Experience
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Job Types: Full\-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,563\.25 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
