• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.**
• **Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.**
• **Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.**
• **Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.**
• **Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.**
• **Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.**
• **Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.**
• **Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.**
• **Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• **Bachelor's degree in any discipline.**
• **2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.**
• **Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.**
• **Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.**
• **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**
• **Ability to work independently in a remote environment.**
• **Good organizational and time\-management skills.**

• *Preferred Skills**

• **Experience hiring for Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Data Analysts, and Digital Marketing Technology roles.**
• **Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).**
• **Experience in agency recruitment will be an added advantage.**
