• *Role Description**

This is a full\-time remote role for a HR/IT Recruiter \- Sourcing for an IT Company at Acadwizz Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Recruiter will be responsible for IT Recruitment, technical recruiting, and hiring processes within the company.

• *Qualifications**

• Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
• Experience/Interest in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field

• *Work Process**

• Source IT engineers' profiles from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster.
• Explain the project requirements to potential candidates.
• Hire engineers on a freelance or contract basis.
• Conduct an initial telephonic screening.
• Assess their communication skills.
• Evaluate their comfort level with the project's technical requirements.
• Process shortlisted candidates for the next technical round.
• Handling the Client's Requirement, Client Communication, IT Project Management, Business Development Management, etc.
• Timing 10 AM to 7 PM
• Working Days \- 6 (Rotational Basis)
• Working will be WFH and WFO later
• Freshers from Any Stream Can Apply
• Salary will be Offered : Fixed Salary (Based on your experience/fresher/knowledge) \+ Commission on each Profile/Project successfully completed.

1\.⁠ ⁠Your Training/Probation Period can be flexible i.e., between 3 to 6 months.

2\.⁠ ⁠There will be 1 year of minimum contract excluding your provisional time.

3\.⁠ ⁠You are flexible to complete your working hours in odd hours too.

4\.⁠ ⁠For work from home we do not offer the entire salary as a fixed salary. It would be a mix of Revenue Margin \+ Fixed Amount, where your Revenue margin would be Total Salary.
