Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements from hiring managers and clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and project experience.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
• Evaluate candidate experience in Azure Data Engineering technologies.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified Azure Data Engineering professionals.

Technical Knowledge Required

The recruiter should have a good understanding of the following technologies:
