Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Senior Business Development Executive (IT Sales)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long\-term client relationships, and driving sales for web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum **5 years of experience in IT sales/business development.**
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
• Experience selling IT services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, cloud solutions, digital marketing, or custom software development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology solutions.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or similar platforms.
• Strong networking and relationship\-building abilities.
