Job Overview
Fixing Dots is seeking a dynamic and result\-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires consistent field activity with a minimum of 3 client meetings per day (mandatory) to ensure strong market presence and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Business Development
●Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
●Schedule and conduct at least 3 client meetings daily to present Fixing Dots’
solutions.
●Generate new business leads and convert them into long\-term clients.
●Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow\-ups.
2\. Sales Execution
●Present and explain products/services to clients with clarity and professionalism.
●Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
●Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
●Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
3\. Client Relationship Management
●Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
●Provide post\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
●Collect feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.
4\. Reporting \& Coordination
●Submit daily reports of calls, meetings, and client updates.
●Work closely with operations and support teams for smooth execution.
●Keep management informed about competitor activities and market trends.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
●
Minimum 0\-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred).
●Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
●Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance\-driven environment.
●Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
●Self\-motivated with excellent time management skills.
●Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.
