Job Description

We're looking for a driven, energetic **IT Sales Executive** to own the full sales cycle for our SaaS products from first outreach to closing the deal. This is a hands\-on role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow fast, earn strong incentives, and learn end\-to\-end selling in a fast\-moving environment.

*What You'll Do**

Run the end\-to\-end sales process: prospecting, outreach, booking meetings, demos, follow\-ups, and closing.
Identify and research potential clients, then reach out through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Book qualified meetings with decision\-makers and convert them into paying clients.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using our CRM.
Understand our SaaS products well enough to clearly explain their value and handle objections.
Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and deal stages.

*What We're Looking For**

0–1 year of sales experience (internships and freelance sales count).
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, not just one part of it.
Strong LinkedIn skills \- knows how to find prospects, write good messages, and build a presence.
Knows how to run effective outreach (cold and warm) across channels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Interest in or exposure to SaaS / tech products.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and resilient, you don't give up after the first "no."
Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
