We're lean, fast, and project\-focused — our in\-house dev team of 5 takes a project from kickoff to delivery without you needing to touch any technical work. You bring the client. We build the product.

• *Role Overview**

We're looking for a self\-driven sales person to bring in clients for our tech services. No technical knowledge needed — our team handles everything after the first call. Your job is outreach, pitching, and getting the right people to say yes.

• *What You'll Do**

• Reach out to business owners via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Apollo.io or any channel you're comfortable with
• Pitch OomaLabs services and qualify interest
• Book a discovery call and hand off to our tech team
• Follow up until deal is closed
• Track leads in CRM that we provide

• *What You'll Earn**

Commission\-based role with **12% to 20% per closed project** depending on project value — with no ceiling on monthly earnings. Close more, earn more. Payout within 7days of client payment received.

• Have done sales, BD, or lead gen before — even informally or freelance
• Can confidently talk to Indian and international business owners
• Are self\-driven — zero micromanagement here
• Can commit 15–20 hours/week
