Job Description: Business Development Manager – IT Services

• *Experience:** 15–25 Years

• *Responsibilities:**

• Identify and acquire domestic and international business opportunities.
• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline for IT services.
• Drive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Promote web development, mobile applications, custom software, and digital transformation solutions.
• Develop opportunities in application modernization, legacy migration, and IT staff augmentation.
• Build strong relationships with CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, founders, and senior decision\-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand existing client accounts.
• Identify upselling, cross\-selling, and repeat business opportunities.
• Manage CRM, sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and revenue reporting.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project execution.
