IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer;

4 years of Exp in IT end user Support and networking.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN,WAN,DNS,DHCP, windows domain infrastructure

Exp in supporting Microsoft OS (win 7,win 10, xp ) in domain environment

Hands on exp in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of email clients (MS outlook)

Proven ability in supporting desktops, laptops and other networking devices in enterprise environment

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and ability to work under minimum supervision.

Install, upgrade and support enterprise applications

Troubleshooting network connectivity in LAN/WAN environment

Hands on printer installation and troubleshooting

Perform general PM for computers, laptops and other devices.

Maintain IT records, asset management

Hands on exp in installation and maintenance of Antivirus products

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
