We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day\-to\-day IT operations within the office. The candidate should have basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly
Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
Monitor and maintain office network (LAN/Wi\-Fi)
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance
Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist in system upgrades and data backups
maintain IT Telephone systems
Maintain office Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Scanner, and Epabx intercome line
*Required Skills:**
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common software
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi)
Troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
*Qualification:**
Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer HW \& Networking, or related field
*Preferred:**
Experience in handling office IT infrastructure
Basic knowledge of printers, CCTV, Epabx intercome line, and network devices
