Job Description

Provide first\-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support and manage Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity, switches, and Unifi Wi\-Fi devices.
Provide support for Avaya landline systems.
Ensure system updates, security patches, and antivirus compliance across all devices.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Manage and resolve tickets via the internal ticketing system.
Provide remote support for branch offices in UAE, KSA, Qatar, and UK.
