We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and network\-related issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical problems, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first\-level and second\-level technical support to users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network devices.
Configure and troubleshoot email clients and collaboration tools.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Active Directory.
Hardware troubleshooting and repair skills.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
