IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure\-related issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first\-level and second\-level technical support to employees.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and operating system issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Configure and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Install and update software, security patches, and antivirus solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty claims, and service support.
• Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools.
• Assist in data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Provide timely resolution of service tickets and user requests.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Freshers with relevant certifications and strong technical knowledge may also apply.

Technical Skills

• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
• Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.
• Active Directory user management.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Printer and peripheral support.
• Remote desktop support tools.
• Basic cybersecurity and endpoint protection knowledge.

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA A\+
• CompTIA Network\+
• Microsoft Certified Fundamentals
• CCNA (Preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹24,000\.00 per month
