We are seeking a skilled and customer\-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure issues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first\-level and second\-level technical support to employees and end users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network\-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
Configure and support email systems, VPN access, and collaboration tools.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and security systems.
Required Skills \& QualificationsEducation
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Soft Skills
Strong problem\-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support.
