• *About this role \-** we are looking for a suitable candidate having experience in IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our IT infrastructure, providing first\-line support to employees, and managing key systems and platforms.

• *Roles and Responsibility \-**

Ø Provide first\-line support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

Ø Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Ø Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their IT equipment and accounts.

Ø Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.

Ø Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.

Ø Ensure the security of the IT systems through regular updates and backups.

Ø Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and implement new technologies.

Ø Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and software.

Ø Manage Google Workspace, Office 365 and Quick Heal management and exposure would be added advantage.

Ø Assist HR and other departments

Ø Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

• *Candidate requirements:**

Ø Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Ø Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.

Ø Familiarity with IT security practices and tools.

Ø Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ø Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team.

Ø Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• *Educational Requirements:**

Ø Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or

equivalent experience.

Ø Proven experience in an IT support role.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹27,000\.00 per month
