We are looking for an IT Executive with 2\+ years of hands\-on experience in IT support, system administration, and network management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day IT operations across the organization.
*Job Description**
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network\-related issues.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
Support and maintain LAN/WAN networks, Wi\-Fi connectivity, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and ensure regular backups are completed.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC activities.
Support CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and biometric attendance devices.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Implement and follow IT security policies and best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and maintenance activities.
Assist in server maintenance, software upgrades, and IT projects.
Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up systems, email accounts, and required access
*Required Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2\+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Active Directory
Basic knowledge of cloud services and cybersecurity practices.
Experience managing multiple office or site locations.
