JOB TITLE: IT Hardware \& Networking Executive
LOCATION: Alwarpet, Chennai
The IT Hardware \& Networking Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to employees.
\* Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
\* Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity.
\* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network\-related issues.
\* Manage system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
\* Maintain IT asset records and inventory.
\* Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and AMC services.
\* Ensure antivirus, cybersecurity, and data protection measures are implemented.
\* Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT\-related concerns.
\* Support the installation and maintenance of CCTV, biometric devices, and related systems.
\* Prepare periodic reports on IT infrastructure and support activities.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
