About the Role
We are looking for a Technical IT Recruiter who can independently handle end\-to\-end
recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing
technical profiles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strongcandidate pipelines.This is a high\-ownership role where speed, communication, and quality hiring matter the
most.
Responsibilities
1\. Technical Recruitment
● End\-to\-end recruitment for IT positions across technologies
● Sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
● Screening candidates based on technical skills and job fit
● Scheduling and coordinating interviews
● Managing job postings across portals and social media
● Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2\. Candidate Followup / Management
● Regular follow\-up with candidates regarding Interview and throughout the hiring
process
● Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements
● Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates
3\. Stakeholder Coordination
● Working closely with stakeholder and hiring managers to understand
requirements
● Sharing regular recruitment updates and pipeline status
● Coordinating interview feedback and closure timelines
4\. Recruitment Operations/ Reporting
● Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases
● Supporting recruitment reporting and hiring metrics
● Ensuring quick turnaround time for critical positions
● Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS reports for staffing requirements
● Coordinate with payroll/HR teams for onboarding documentation and compliance
● Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for selected candidates
5\. Staff Augmentation \& Client Coordination
● Handle end\-to\-end staffing requirements for client\-based hiring needs
● Understand client expectations, project requirements, and technical skill
demands
● Coordinate with account managers/ delivery teams for priority closures
● Manage contract, C2H (Contract\-to\-Hire), and permanent staffing requirements
● Maintain a strong pipeline of immediately available and passive IT candidates
● Build vendor and consultant networks for niche technology requirements
● Meet closure targets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction\- qtr
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
