We are looking for a **Japanese\-speaking Associate Customer Support** professional to join our customer service team. In this role, you will assist Japanese\-speaking customers, resolve inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Fresh graduates and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide prompt resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams as required.
- Stay updated on process changes, policies, and operational updates.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and best practices.
- Maintain high standards of attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **Japanese**.
- JLPT certification (N1/N2 preferred).
- Excellent customer service and problem\-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Ecommerce, Customer Support, Contact Center, or BPO operations is preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Graduate, diploma holder, or equivalent work experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong Japanese language skills are welcome to apply.
