We are seeking a passionate and customer\-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities:**

*Customer Interaction**: Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items, providing excellent customer service.

*Product Knowledge:** Stay updated with the latest jewellery collections, designs, and specifications to guide customers effectively.

*Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store manager for replenishment.

*Order Processing:** Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing accurately.

*Customer Relationship Management:** Build long\-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

*Display Management:** Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to enhance the shopping experience.

*Problem Resolution:** Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

*Market Trends:** Keep track of industry trends and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.

*Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

*Requirements:**

\- **Skills:** Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

\- **Knowledge:** Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewellery\-making processes is a plus.

\-**Appearance:** Professional and presentable at all times.

\- **Flexibility:** Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
