Job Title: Accounts Data Entry Executive (Fresher / Experienced)

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized **Accounts Data Entry Executive** to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, entering daily transactions into our accounting systems, and supporting the Accounts department with general administrative tasks.

*Key Responsibilities**

**Data Entry:** Accurately enter daily financial transactions, invoices, bills, and receipts into the accounting software/spreadsheets.
**Record Keeping:** Maintain and organize digital and physical financial documents, ensuring data integrity.
**Verification:** Cross\-check data source documents against system entries to identify and correct errors.
**Assistance:** Support senior accountants with basic reconciliation tasks and ledger maintenance.
**Reporting:** Assist in generating basic weekly or monthly data reports as required by the management.

*Requirements \& Qualifications**

**Education:** Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, or related field) is preferred but not mandatory if you have equivalent skills.
**Experience:** 0 to 2 years of experience (Complete freshers are welcome).
**Technical Skills:**
Basic understanding of accounting principles (Debit/Credit, Invoicing).
Proficiency in **MS Excel** (Data entry, basic formulas) and MS Word.
Familiarity with accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP) is a plus but not mandatory.
**Soft Skills:**
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
