• *Role Overview :**

We are looking for a **J\*r** Digital Marketing Executive **who will** own the digital marketing function end\-to\-end**, including** strategy, execution, and team management**. The role focuses on** SEO, Generative AI–driven content, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)\* to drive brand visibility and qualified leads in international markets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, execute, and optimize the overall digital marketing strategy
• **Manage the digital marketing team and oversee day\-to\-day execution**
• Guide and review team output across SEO, content, and social media
• Drive **SEO and GEO optimization** for search engines and AI platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and branding initiatives

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1\+ years of experience in **digital marketing with team handling exposure**
• Strong knowledge of **SEO, Generative AI tools, and GEO optimization**
• Experience with **international markets / KPO industry**
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
