• *About the Role**

We are looking for a strategic and execution\-focused Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across multiple brands within the faith\-tech and enterprise ecosystem. This role requires a balance of creativity and data\-driven decision\-making, with full ownership of the marketing funnel—from brand awareness to lead generation and revenue growth.

You will work with diverse audiences, including church leaders in the United States, global enterprises, and tech\-savvy users. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast\-paced environment and can think strategically while executing effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute end\-to\-end digital marketing strategies across multiple brands
• Drive organic growth through content, SEO, and platform optimization
• Plan and manage video content strategy, including YouTube optimization
• Create and implement multi\-platform content strategies
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Optimize marketing efforts using data, analytics, and performance tracking
• Support mobile app marketing initiatives and user acquisition strategies
• Apply modern marketing techniques including GEO, AEO, ASO, and AI\-powered tools
• Engage non\-technical audiences, particularly in IT/SaaS and faith\-based or nonprofit sectors

• *Required Skills and Experience**

• 2–5 years of hands\-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of organic growth with measurable results
• Strong expertise in video marketing and YouTube optimization
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google and Meta)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and growth strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools and advanced marketing optimization techniques
• Experience in IT/SaaS marketing, preferably targeting non\-technical or nonprofit audiences
• Background in mobile app marketing and user acquisition is a plus
