Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional with 4\+ years of experience in the real estate industry to lead and execute digital campaigns focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media, SEO, CRM tools, and real estate campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Optimize website traffic, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
- Develop content strategies including project promotions, blogs, reels, and ad creatives.
- Manage online reputation and customer engagement across digital platforms.
- Handle CRM integration and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 4\+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads \& Meta Ads
- SEO \& SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing \& Automation
- Google Analytics
- CRM tools
- Experience in real estate lead generation campaigns is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with video marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of property portals and real estate listing platforms.
