We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Junior Executive \- IT** to join our technical team. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT\-related support, ensuring our systems, networks, and hardware run seamlessly. **Key Responsibilities**
**Technical Support:** Provide first\-line troubleshooting and technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
**Network \& Security:** Monitor local networks (LAN/WAN) and assist in basic router/switch configurations, VPN setups, and cybersecurity policy enforcement
**System Maintenance:** Assist in the installation, configuration, and routine updating of operating systems (Windows, macOS), software applications, and antivirus programs.
**Technical Skills:**
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi\-Fi, LAN/WAN).
Experience with user account management (e.g., Active Directory)
